Job summary
Black & Veatch Corporation in Indianapolis is seeking a Drinking Water Process Staff Engineer to join our employee-owned global engineering firm. You will apply water treatment and process design principles to conventional and advanced treatment systems and support multi-project delivery.
You will lead technical analyses, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients to implement reliable water solutions across multiple projects.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
- Active engineering registration or licensure preferred to support projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepares or assists in development of process engineering deliverables.
- Supports multiple projects with complex technical challenges.
- Develops as a technical specialist with guidance to project teams.
- Performs design calculations and data analyses for water treatment systems.
- Leads process design of projects and coordinates with internal/external teams.
- Supports client communications and presentations.
