Black & Veatch is seeking a Staff Drinking Water Process Engineer to join our employee-owned team. The role covers conventional and advanced water treatment design and project execution across multiple U.S. locations, including Tampa and Arlington, with opportunity for hybrid work after onboarding.

You will develop process designs, perform mass balances, evaluate treatment options, mentor junior engineers, and engage with clients and cross‑functional teams across global projects.

Competenze

• Requires bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Professional engineering license preferred in USA or ability to obtain within 2 years of employment.

Mansioni

• Prepares engineering deliverables including process mass balances and P&IDs.
• Design criteria and basis of design memoranda.
• Support multiple projects with complex technical challenges.
• Develops as a technical specialist and guides project teams.
• Lead process design of projects and mentor junior engineers.
