Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience in drinking water or water treatment.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background checks, drug screen).
• Professional engineering license preferred or able to obtain within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review process design deliverables (P&IDs, flow diagrams, basis of design).
• Support multiple projects with complex technical challenges.
• Develop as a technical specialist and mentor junior engineers.
• Lead process design of projects and coordinate with clients and design teams.
• Participate in business development activities and proposal development.
