Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 15 years related work experience.
• Active engineering registration/licensure to support EOR requirements.
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements may apply.
• Advanced degree in civil/environmental/chemical engineering preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to project teams on water quality and treatment challenges.
• Act as a technical specialist in conventional and advanced water treatment processes.
• Oversee junior to mid-level process engineers and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Guide development of life cycle costs and standardized calculations.
• Support business development, client relationships, and proposal development.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers and review their work.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and codes across projects.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

15+ years related work experience

Master’s or Doctoral in civil/environmental/chemical engineering preferred
