Job summary

Autodesk in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Technology & Innovation to lead the evolution of our learning technology ecosystem and advance AI-enabled learning across the enterprise.

You will define strategy, roadmaps, governance, and partnerships with Talent Development, Learning Experience Design, and IT to deliver scalable, data-driven learning experiences that improve performance and capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Learning Technologies, Education, Organizational Development, HR, CS, or related field.
• 8–12+ years leading learning technology, digital learning, learning innovation, product management, or learning experience design within a global tech company.
• Deep expertise across LMS/LXP, AI-enabled platforms, learning analytics, and digital learning tools.
• Experience applying Generative AI and emerging technologies to learning or employee experience.
• Strong understanding of learning science and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Develop Autodesk's Talent Development technology and innovation strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Define the vision and roadmap for a modern, AI-enabled learning ecosystem for enterprise learning and capability development.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and translate innovation into scalable business value.
• Lead Autodesk's AI strategy for Talent Development including generative AI and copilots.
• Partner with enterprise AI initiatives to shape Autodesk's AI-native workforce strategy.
