Job summary

Accenture seeks a Manager-level Learning Technology consultant to lead LMS/LXP delivery, engage senior stakeholders, and drive multi‑phase platform implementations across client accounts. You will shape roadmaps, advise on vendor selection, and mentor junior talent while collaborating with globally distributed teams.

You will travel 25–50% as required, working with learning technology strategy, ecosystem advisory, and integration efforts in fast-paced client environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges, define requirements, and translate them into actionable learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements, guiding clients through structured evaluation and decision processes.
• Advise clients on learning process best practices in the context of modern LMS and LXP platforms.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft compelling proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS, LXP, and broader learning tech engagements.
• Review and validate LMS solution designs, providing authoritative guidance on complex configuration and integration challenges.
• Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain—LMS, LXP, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning, or emerging skills platforms.
• Lead / coordinate large Learn Tech / LMS / LXP implementations working closely with globally distributed implementation teams
