Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on guiding multiple agile teams, coordinating PI planning and sprint ceremonies, and ensuring best practices across IT Agile initiatives.

The candidate will mentor Scrum Masters, drive continuous improvement, and liaise with stakeholders to optimize product development processes within a global technology company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Agile experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Demos, Grooming and Release Planning
• Lead and mentor multiple Agile teams ensuring consistency across programs
• Liaise between developers and stakeholders to foster clear communication
• Assist in process improvements and deployment of new development practices

• Minimum 5+ experience in Agile, Safe Agile experience.
• Good understanding of JIRA tool.
• Handled multiple Agile Teams and experience in PI planning and Iteration planning.
• Experience with working with IT Agile teams
• Knowledge of Safe Agile
• Experience with Cross Functional Agile team
• Experience leading multiple agile teams at a time
• Gathering and updating project materials, completing budgeting, forecasting, project documentation, business flows, and lessons learned documents.
• Scheduling and allocating work, providing advice and guidance, and resolving problems to meet technical performance and financial objectives.
• Coordinate all Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Grooming, and Release Planning
• Coaching and mentoring other Scrum master's on our program team. Partnering to ensure that our ways of working are consistent across teams.
• Assist in defining and deploying new product development processes and in facilitating the continuous improvement of existing processes.
• Coaching and mentoring other Scrum master's on our program team. Partnering to ensure that our ways of working are consistent across teams.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
