Role/Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams through the successful execution of projects using Agile methodologies.
- Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, requirements, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments.
- Work with project teams to remove blockers and ensure successful sprint and project delivery.
- Manage change requests and implement change-management processes for scope, priorities, timelines, and requirements.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, continuous improvement, and Agile best practices.
- Provide regular project status updates, including progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions, to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Support project planning, estimation, prioritization, resource coordination, and delivery activities.
- Adapt project execution strategies to changing business requirements and priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve team processes, Agile practices, delivery efficiency, and overall project performance.
- Preferably an undergraduate / associate-level degree / diploma from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related technical field. Equivalent education and relevant professional experience may also be considered.
- Proven experience in Project Management and successful delivery of projects using Agile methodologies.
- Strong experience with Agile Methodology and Scrum practices.
- Hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile teams.
- Solid understanding of project management, change management, risk management, planning, scheduling, and delivery practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience tracking project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and project status.
- Demonstrated ability to promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
Desired Qualifications
- Agile or Scrum Master certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
- Project management certification such as PMP or equivalent.
- Experience working with enterprise-level or complex cross-functional projects.
- Experience with Agile project management and collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of Agile metrics, sprint planning, backlog management, velocity, and delivery reporting.
- Experience implementing change-management processes for technology or business projects.
- Experience working with distributed or remote project teams.
- Strong stakeholder-management, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $108000
Pay Range Maximum: $169000

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
