Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a software professional in Florida to develop and deliver codes within time, quality, and cost standards. You will maintain existing features, troubleshoot issues, and support enhancements based on client requirements and team directions.

The role involves providing client support, keeping track of schedules for on-time delivery, and creating documentation for CMMi and client needs to back development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs, and support enhancement requests based on business/client requirements and as directed by the project team.
• Provide client support by presenting data, tracking schedules, and ensuring on-time delivery of tasks per quality standards.
• Create and maintain documentation for CMMi and client requirements to support development activities.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers to assist with coding and design.
• Interact with customers and internal teams to gather development requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs , resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) /new developments based on business/ client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
2. 2. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
3. 3. To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements

5. 5. To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
