Kevin M. Downey is seeking a Technical Integration Project Manager for a full-time remote contract with a U.S. company.
You will lead API, web service, and file-based integrations, owning projects from kickoff to completion, and coordinating with clients, retailers, warehouses, vendors, and internal teams. Technical Integration Project Manager — Full-Time Remote Contract with a U.S. Company
Another remote technology opportunity from Kevin M. Downey…
Are you highly organized, technically fluent, and great with clients — and want full-time, long-term work with a U.S. company from home? We are looking for an experienced Technical Integration Project Manager to lead API, web service, and file-based integration projects for a U.S.-based logistics and retail SaaS company.
You'll own integration projects from kickoff through completion, working directly with clients, retailers, warehouses, vendors, and internal technical teams. You'll manage timelines, lead meetings, keep communication moving, identify roadblocks, and make sure integrations are delivered accurately and on schedule.
This isn't a role where you just update a project plan. We need someone who can understand the technical conversation, communicate it clearly to clients, and keep everyone moving toward completion.
Because this role involves working directly with U.S. clients and technical teams, fluent, clear English – written and spoken – and real overlap with U.S. business hours are essential, not optional.
Day to day, you'll be the person making sure technical integration projects keep moving:
We're looking for someone who understands both sides of technical project management: the technology and the people. You don't need to be the engineer building every integration, but you do need enough technical fluency to understand what the engineers are doing, ask the right questions, and communicate confidently with clients.
Organized, Proactive, Personable, Technically Curious, Detail-Oriented, Dependable, Confident, Professional, a Strong Communicator and Someone Who Naturally Keeps People and Projects Moving
Our client has provided technical integration solutions to the retail, fashion, and wholesale industries for nearly 30 years. Their technology connects retailers, warehouses, vendors, and trading partners through API, web service, and file-based integrations.
Their systems support integrations involving some of the largest names in retail, including Amazon, Dillard's, ShopBop, Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Target, and Walmart.
This is a company where accuracy, organization, communication, and getting integrations across the finish line matter.
