Job summary

Kevin M. Downey is seeking a Technical Integration Project Manager for a full-time remote contract with a U.S. company.

You will lead API, web service, and file-based integrations, owning projects from kickoff to completion, and coordinating with clients, retailers, warehouses, vendors, and internal teams. The role requires fluent English, strong communication, and ability to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST, plus 5–6 billable hours daily.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing API, Web Service, or File-Based Integration Projects
• Strong Understanding of Technical Integrations and Data Flows
• Ability to Read and Interpret XML and JSON Files
• Excellent Project Management, Organization, and Documentation Skills
• Fluent, Professional English – Written and Spoken
• Available to Work an 8-Hour Shift Between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST
• Able to Consistently Maintain an Average of 5–6 Billable Work Hours Per Day
• Communicate effectively with non-technical clients

Responsibilities

• Owning Projects From Kickoff Through Completion — Building Timelines, Tracking Progress, and Driving Next Steps
• Leading Client Integration Meetings — Kickoffs, Ongoing Communications, and Project Updates
• Providing Weekly Status Updates — Clearly Communicating Progress, Risks, Roadblocks, and What's Next
• Coordinating Technical Teams and External Partners — Keeping Developers, Clients, Retailers, Warehouses, and Vendors Aligned
• Translating Technical Requirements Into Plain English — Helping Non-Technical Stakeholders Understand What's Happening
• Identifying and Removing Roadblocks — Catching Problems Early and Keeping Projects From Stalling
• Driving Projects to Completion — Ensuring Integrations Are Delivered Accurately, Efficiently, and On Time
