Job summary

SAF North America LLC in Aurora, CO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support customers and grow our North American business. You will work with Outside Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Logistics to turn needs into proposals and orders, while delivering a strong customer experience.

The role emphasizes responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, qualifying opportunities, and maintaining accurate CRM/ERP records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or similar; B2B tech experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain tech to non-tech.
• Attention to detail with pricing, lead times, and order docs.
• Proactive, customer-focused; manage multiple priorities without losing follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries by phone and email; clarify requirements and coordinate next steps.
• Prepare quotes and proposals using price lists, discounts, configs, and input from Outside Sales/Engineering.
• Qualify opportunities, follow up on quotes, move prospects to purchase order.
• Communicate product availability, lead times, shipping expectations, and order status.
• Process orders and maintain records in CRM and ERP systems.
• Build relationships with customers, distributors, and partners; identify upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate internally to resolve questions and ensure commitments are feasible.
• Maintain organized sales docs and provide pipeline/quote updates to management.
