Stored Energy Systems (SENS) in Longmont, CO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to own the sales process for inbound opportunities and customer accounts—from discovery through quotation and close. You will work with customers, reps, and the Outside Sales team to understand applications, recommend SENS solutions, and turn opportunities into lasting relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of B2B inside sales or 7+ years experience in lieu of a degree, strong CRM

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of B2B inside sales or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and influence purchasing decisions.
• Experience managing multiple sales opportunities and priorities.
• Strong discovery, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to achieve and exceed goals.
• Ability to develop technical product and application knowledge.
• Experience using CRM software to manage customer activity and opportunities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process for inbound opportunities and assigned accounts from discovery to close.
• Develop quotations, manage quotes, and drive quote-to-order conversions.
• Educate customers on SENS products, applications, and value.
• Collaborate with reps and outside sales to pursue strategic accounts.
• Maintain an active pipeline and achieve sales targets.
