Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal generation with BOM, pricing, layouts, and material selection.
• Lead internal project meetings with Production, Engineering, and Operations.
• Provide product application and technical training to distributors.
• Utilize CRM and ERP to track leads, quotations, opportunities, and projects.
• Analyze lost sales and report reasons for management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity, pipeline and performance reports.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Evaluate distributor performance and identify strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, and Customer Service for quotations and order execution.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and monitor market trends.
