Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will quote valve and automation projects, support the outside sales team, and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include providing technical guidance, learning products continually, and collaborating with district sales to support quotations and drive growth. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience required.
• Ability to upsell and respond quickly to customer needs.
• Strong digital literacy including Microsoft Office and product knowledge learning.
• High motivation with a customer service mindset and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the outside sales team on day-to-day and EPC project quotations.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service while offering technical guidance.
• Interact with key vendors to support sales and quotations.
• Collaborate with the district sales team to win quotes and build trust.
