Weimer Bearing & Transmission is seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative to support our Piedmont/Greenville, SC team within the Carolina Bearing & Belting Division. You will combine customer service, problem solving, and technical learning to help customers choose the right products and solutions.

Responsibilities include processing orders, preparing quotes, and building lasting customer relationships while developing product knowledge for industrial applications.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of inside sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning technical products.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and help turn quotes into orders.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions and requests.
• Provide product information and help identify technical solutions to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate returns, expedite orders, and communicate order status updates.
• Develop understanding of product lines and their industrial applications.
• Participate in internal training to build product knowledge and sales skills.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive service and clear communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an excellent customer experience.
