Job summary

Carolina Cat in the Charlotte, NC area seeks an Industrial Engine Support Sales Representative to drive parts, service, repair, and maintenance sales in a defined territory. You will develop and nurture customer relationships and promote aftermarket solutions to maximize equipment reliability and lifecycle value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial engines or related equipment.
• Experience in aftermarket sales and service operations.
• Ability to discuss technical engine details with customers.
• Knowledge of service operations and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industrial engine customers.
• Promote maintenance programs, CVAs, and long-term contracts.
• Prepare and present quotations for parts, labor, and services.
• Coordinate with service teams to deliver solutions.
