Verto People Ltd in Gonzales, LA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support outside sales, respond to RFQs, prepare quotations, and help customers specify valve automation, actuators, pneumatics, and related flow control solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with valves or related industrial equipment, read blueprints, and communicate clearly to deliver accurate proposals on time. Residents near Gonzales, Louisiana are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer applications and engineered products.
• Experience producing quotations and responding to RFQs.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, datasheets, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support outside sales with technical enquiries, quotations, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Review RFQs and select appropriate products based on application.
• Specify valves, actuators, pneumatics, valve automation, electrical components, and related equipment.
• Prepare detailed quotations using customer specs, drawings, and application data.
• Review blueprints and datasheets to identify product requirements.
• Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers for pricing, lead times, and information.
• Provide pre-sales technical support to customers and sales teams.
• Generate RFQ analyses and clearly communicate technical and commercial details.
• Ensure quotations and proposals are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with troubleshooting to avoid order delays.
• Maintain regular customer communication on quotes, orders, and project status.
