Job summary

Oriental Motor U.S.A. Corporation in Torrance seeks an inside sales professional to grow existing and new accounts for our automation products. You will manage customer relationships, provide technical product information, and coordinate with engineering and distribution.

The role requires a Bachelor\'s degree with 2 years related experience, strong communication, CRM skills, and a valid driver\'s license; travel as needed and participation in trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; BSEE/BSME preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and manage existing accounts.
• Develop existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Promote products via calls, emails, and trade shows when needed.
• Provide technical support and product information to customers.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering and Distribution teams.
• Record customer information in CRM and contribute to monthly reports.
