Job summary

Oriental Motor U.S.A. Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales professional to grow existing and emerging accounts. You will manage current relationships, identify sales opportunities, and coordinate with marketing and technical teams to support customers.

The role requires strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to drive new business while maintaining high customer satisfaction. A bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BSEE or BSME in related field preferred.
• Possess a technical aptitude.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships, manage and maintain existing accounts.
• Develop existing accounts for continued relationship growth and new opportunities.
• Identify and develop emerging accounts to increase sales.
• May work to develop select distributors.
• Develop Inside Sales activity / promotions to introduce new products and opportunities.
• Provide customer service regarding price, delivery, RMA coordination and resolve complaints.
• Provide technical support such as troubleshooting, writing samples, and technical data.
