Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years in customer service, inside sales and/or warehouse services with increasing responsibility.
• Proficient with computers and software applications.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for customers regarding product specifications.
• Size pneumatic and electric actuators for valves.
• Enter and maintain purchase orders and quotes.
• Maintain records including price catalogs, rebates, and discounts.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
