Job summary

Match Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our client in Hiram, GA. The successful candidate will generate revenue by selling products or services over the phone or online channels, build relationships, identify customer needs, and close deals.

The role requires at least five years of inside sales experience, strong communication skills, ability to interpret engineering drawings, and experience with SAP and Microsoft Office. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Five years of proven inside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to understand material flow and measurements.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong judgment and decision-making ability.
• Able to present information and respond to questions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing key accounts.
• Quote and order entry for assigned products and customers in SAP.
• Identify and develop solutions for new applications.
• Prepare quotations with standard and custom products and solutions.
• Maintain or exceed quotation lead time goals and detailed proposals.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to follow up on all leads.
• Complete all required sales and project reporting on time and with accuracy.
• Participate in all internal sales and project meetings.
• All other responsibilities as assigned.
