Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone/email.
• Develop and maintain customer, supplier and internal relationships.
• Prepare quotes and process purchase orders/sales orders.
• Enter and manage sales orders, change orders and cancellations.
• Assist customers with product selection and sizing.
• Provide technical product assistance/troubleshooting.
• Check inventory and product availability.
• Manage order schedules, partial shipments and adjustments.
• Contact manufacturers/vendors regarding pricing, availability, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Communicate order status and lead-time information to customers.
• Manage and maintain open sales orders.
• Review weekly sales/order reports and address action items.
• Learn our product portfolio and the natural gas supply chain.
• Escalate technical/customer issues when appropriate.

Inside Sales Representative

Location: Chamblee, GA

Salary: $55,000.00 USD Annually - $60,000.00 USD Annually

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 (Non Commission)

Contract: Direct Hire / Permanent

Hybrid – 2 days a week on site (Training period will be fully onsite to start)

Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview

This is an inbound, technical Inside Sales/Customer Service role, not a traditional outbound sales/cold-calling position. The Inside Sales Representative will support customers primarily through inbound phone/email inquiries and leads generated by outside/regional sales. The role combines customer service, inside sales, technical product support, quoting, order management, vendor communication and ongoing customer follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Comfortable with hybrid/onsite requirements

Target Experience

Approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Ideal candidates have experience working with industrial-grade equipment and a combination of technical and customer-facing responsibilities.
