Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to customers and support to the outside sales staff.
• Answer questions on products or systems by phone or email.
• Develop pump proposals and become a product expert on assigned lines.
• Assist customers in identifying parts and providing quotations.
• Enter orders in the order handling system after confirming proposal validity.
• Build relationships with suppliers' factory personnel and customers.
• Coordinate with service teams to resolve technical problems.
