Job summary

The role includes entry of orders, pricing, and maintaining product catalogs. The ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree or related experience, strong PVF product knowledge, and 2+ years in customer service or inside sales.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PVF products and ability to reason analytically.
• Demonstrated math and reading comprehension skills.
• Two or more years in customer service, inside sales, or warehouse services with increasing responsibility.
• Proficiency with computers and software applications.
• Excellent communication to transfer knowledge and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for customers on product specifications.
• Size pneumatic and electric actuators for valves and recommend solutions.
• Enter and maintain orders, quotes, and discounts; manage trade discounts.
• Maintain catalogs, price lists, and customer records; ensure data accuracy.
