Job summary

EST Companies is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth across the Eastern United States and beyond. You will blend sales skills with technical knowledge to promote EST’s products and services, build trusted relationships, and support customer applications.

Preferred location is Virginia, with flexibility to consider other states on a case-by-case basis. You will travel locally and occasionally overnight, engaging with government and industrial customers and coordinating with internal

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years successful direct sales experience, preferably in industrial or government sales.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college preferred.
• In lieu of degree, five years or more of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proven ability to exceed quotas and manage the entire sales life cycle from lead generation to close.
• Proven capability/knowledge of promoting, selling, and demonstrating products and/or services resulting in increased profitable sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and support existing customers.
• Build long‑term relationships through on‑site visits, demonstrations, and briefings.
• Promote EST’s products and services by assessing customer applications and equipment needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver accurate, competitive proposals.
• Manage pipeline activity in CRM (Zoho) and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
• Travel locally, with occasional overnight trips in the U.S.
