Blooio seeks an energetic inside sales specialist to own all inbound conversations—from our website to demo requests and referrals. You will demo inside Messages on the buyer's iPhone, qualify quickly, and close SMB and single-brand deals.

You will then hand larger opportunities to our account executives after technical discovery and craft the outbound inbound playbook with the founders in Carlsbad. The role requires 2–4 years in SaaS inside sales or related fields, the ability to read API docs,

• 2–4 years in inside sales, SDR/BDR, solutions, or technical support in SaaS or communications platforms.
• Ability to read API docs and explain webhooks and authentication clearly.
• Proven track record of hitting a number or quota.

Blooio is an AI-native messaging and commerce platform. Brands use Blooio to meet their customers inside Messages on iPhone & Android, with AI agents that answer questions, book appointments, take orders, and accept Apple Pay. We are a small, profitable, venture-backed team based in San Diego. We work in person or hybrid in San Diego and the Bay Area, with remote considered for the right person, and field roles in San Francisco and New York.

Your Role:

You will own every inbound conversation Blooio receives, from the Messages bubble on our website to demo requests and partner referrals. You will qualify quickly, demo inside Messages on the buyer's own iPhone, close SMB and single-brand deals yourself, and hand larger opportunities to our account executives with the technical discovery done. You will write the inbound playbook as you go and sit with the founders and engineering team in Carlsbad.

Qualifications:

You bring: two to four years in inside sales, SDR/BDR, solutions, or technical support at a SaaS or communications-platform company; enough technical depth to read API docs and explain webhooks and authentication in plain English; fast, clear writing; and a record of hitting a number.
