BASCO GLASS LLC in Hamilton, OH seeks a Technical Order Entry / Customer Service Representative to enter complex glass orders, prepare quotes, and support customers from initial inquiry to delivery.

You will manage orders with attention to dimensions, glass type, and timing, provide status updates, and collaborate with manufacturing and sales teams to ensure accurate shipments and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage orders via phone, email, and in person.
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with measurement and product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders with specifications (dimensions, glass type).
• Provide customers with status updates and promise ship dates.
• Prepare and enter quotes, including commercial project quotes and custom calculations.
• Educate customers on products and options to fit needs.
• Verify order accuracy before submission to manufacturing.
• Resolve customer issues and track order progress for satisfaction.
