Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Field Services Manager in the United States to lead a team of Field Engineers responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. The role requires managing 24/7 operations, meeting SLAs, and coordinating with clients’ IT/dispatch directors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management experience leading technical support and/or field deployment teams.
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary technical teams (remote and on-site).

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate a dual-function team consisting of Field Engineers.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise on-site hardware/software installations, upgrades, and cutovers.
• Maintain SLAs and ensure timely project delivery to public safety customers.
• Improve support workflows and knowledge base; manage customer escalations effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and client IT/dispatch directors on deployment timelines.
