Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Field Services Manager to lead post-sales field engineers in on-site installations, deployments, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. You will ensure SLA compliance, coordinate with project managers and client IT, and drive high-stakes service delivery for public safety agencies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical management within mission-critical environments, strong VoIP/CTI knowledge, and a track record of leading remote and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in public safety or mission-critical environments is preferred.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Network+, Security+ are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Field Engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee on-site hardware/software installations, upgrades and cutovers.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, deployment schedules, and security standards.
• Develop KPIs for response times, resolutions, and customer satisfaction.
