Job summary

CEI is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator I in West Chester, OH to ensure day-of-service events run smoothly. You will verify technician readiness, support real-time needs, and coordinate communications across field teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.

You will track milestones and ensure documentation is completed and uploaded within 24 hours of closeout. Responsibilities include pre-dispatch readiness reviews, real-time support during installations, and maintaining status updates

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field service projects.
• Ability to provide real-time operational support.
• Strong communication with field personnel, customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-dispatch readiness reviews and confirmation calls with technicians.
• Provide real-time operational and technical support during service events.
• Monitor progress against milestones and timelines.
• Track status and provide hourly updates in Comcast systems.
• Validate deliverables and upload documentation within 24 hours of completion.
• Serve as the day-of-job primary point of contact for all parties.
