Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Technical Enablement Associate to support the development and delivery of technical enablement for Sales Engineering, Partner Pre-sales, and related GTM teams. You will configure demo environments, create reusable materials, and help run live and virtual enablement events while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve learner experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1+ years in customer-facing or communication-focused roles.
• Foundational IT, cybersecurity, cloud concepts, APIs, IAM knowledge.
• Practical AI fluency for enabling materials and learning content.
• Ability to follow procedures, troubleshoot logs, and communicate issues clearly.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, collaboration and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Learn Ping products and IAM concepts and apply to enablement activities.
• Configure, test, refresh, and troubleshoot demo and lab environments; document steps.
• Create and update enablement materials and walkthroughs for various formats.
• Execute test cases, validate product workflows, document defects, and report findings.
• Support onboarding, training sessions, workshops and enablement events with demos and logistics.
• Assist Program Manager with task tracking, scheduling, content publishing and reporting.
• Work hours typically 8:00–17:00, Monday–Friday with potential travel up to 10%.
