Secret Clearance
We are seeking Engineering Writers to join a high-performing team developing engineering documentation for advanced military systems. The successful candidates will be responsible for writing, rewriting, and editing various engineering documents to communicate technical information and instructions clearly and effectively to a wide range of audiences.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline or a related field. Alternatively, military operations and maintenance experience with radar, communications, electro-optics, networks, and information technology-based sensors/systems, or an engineering background, will be considered.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of technical writer experience for electronic systems is required. Candidates must be willing and able to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance, or have an Active Secret Clearance
Technical Skills: Expertise with MS Office Suite, including Adobe Acrobat, is required. Knowledge of XML is also necessary.
