Qualifications

• 3–5 years in service delivery or client-facing roles.
• Experience leading service delivery teams or coordinating efforts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead and SME for assigned client accounts.
• Understand client needs and business challenges to align services.
• Drive innovations to address complex client requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery and ensure SLAs/OLAs.
• Monitor performance metrics and service quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendor partners.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery issues and risks.
• Lead continuous improvement and best practices adoption.
