Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in New York City seeks a Technical Lead to own end-to-end delivery governance, plan sprints and releases, and coordinate onsite-offshore teams. You will drive KPI tracking, risk management, and governance reporting for a major financial services program.

The role requires strong stakeholder communication, RCA capability, and a track record of delivering complex managed-services transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong delivery experience with Agile/SAFe frameworks.
• Experience with KPI/SLA tracking and governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery governance, plans, dependencies, risks and release readiness.
• Lead customer-facing status reviews and coordinate offshore delivery teams.
• Track outcomes through KPIs, SLAs, quality gates and governance reporting.
• Drive transition, stabilization and continuous service improvement.
