Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Project Manager in New York City, NY. The role focuses on leading project plans, governance, and stakeholder coordination across distributed teams to ensure delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate will manage KPIs, SLAs, and budgets, while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams in a complex, enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project/program management and Agile governance.
• Ability to plan projects, staff, manage RAID and dependencies.
• Experience tracking KPIs and SLAs with governance reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and offshore delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, milestones, staffing, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead governance reviews and executive-level status reporting.
• Coordinate customer stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, budget/schedule health, and corrective actions.
