Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Mayfield, OH is seeking a Tech Debt Process Lead to govern and report on technical debt across the organization. The role coordinates with Project Managers to ensure process compliance and maintains documentation for business requirements and procedures.

Responsibilities include data-quality analysis, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with Data & Analytics teams to validate reports and metrics used in decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Coordination, or Program Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and validate data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of Planview, Power BI, or similar portfolio/reporting platforms.


• Exposure to Enterprise Architecture, IT Control, or IT governance functions.

Salary Range - $100,000-$115,000 a year
