Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven ability to deliver complex cybersecurity or IAM initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, architects and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex IAM projects end to end, managing milestones and risks.
• Develop technical depth to partner with engineers, architects, vendors, and business teams.
• Translate objectives into actionable execution plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to maintain momentum.
• Identify obstacles and drive timely resolutions.
• Maintain execution discipline and transparent reporting.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Demonstrated success delivering complex technical, cybersecurity, or IAM initiatives
• Strong technical aptitude; ability to quickly understand new technologies and architectures
• Ability to partner effectively with engineers, architects, vendors, and business teams to drive informed decisions
• Project management experience required; PMP or similar certification preferred, with demonstrated technical delivery experience strongly valued

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive complex IAM projects end to end, actively managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions
• Develop sufficient technical depth to partner effectively with engineers, architects, vendors, and business teams
• Translate complex objectives into clear, actionable execution plans
• Coordinate across organizational processes and cross-functional dependencies to maintain delivery momentum
• Proactively identify obstacles, develop solutions, drive timely resolution, and escalatar issues when necessary
• Maintain strong execution discipline, accountability, and transparent reporting throughout delivery
• Apply project management methodologies pragmatically to support successful outcomes
