Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in New York City seeks a Business Analyst to lead requirements discovery and business-process analysis within the life and annuity domain. You will facilitate stakeholder workshops, define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules, and coordinate across product, architecture, engineering, QA, and offshore teams.

The role requires onsite coordination, RCA capability, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst in the life and annuity domain.
• Ability to elicit requirements, run workshops and create user stories with traceability.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership of BA workstreams.

• Customer-facing communication and concise executive reporting Onsite-offshore coordination across distributed teams Structured ownership, prioritization, risk escalation and collaboration Ability to work independently while following enterprise governance and security standards

Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000 a year
