Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of projects from start to finish, including technical packaging support.
• Interact with customers on significant matters and build positive relationships.
• Enter quotes, orders, samples, and tracking information in Flair-approved software; follow up regularly.
• Communicate business transactions with customers via phone and email.
• Assist with artwork coordination and act as point of contact for art process with customers.
• Maintain records of inquiries, orders, and related documents in Flair-approved software.
