Job summary

Flambeau, Inc. in Baraboo, WI is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator to be a key connection point for Automotive, Fluids, and Industrial customers.

You’ll manage orders from start to finish, ensure timely communication, and support internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. The role requires strong communication, proficiency with ERP order-entry modules (Delmia Works/IQMs preferred) and MS Office; prior manufacturing customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum two years of customer service in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring high satisfaction and proactive communication.
• Enter and review new orders, including spot buys, blanket purchase orders, and EDI transmissions.
• Complete contract reviews and manage revisions or changes to existing orders.
• Monitor open orders to ensure timely delivery and communicate updates to customers and production.
• Respond promptly to customer and internal emails (within 4 hours for customers, 24 hours internally).
• Perform ERP-related tasks in line with established procedures (Delmia Works/IQMs experience a plus).
• Assist in resolving customer issues related to pricing, scheduling, shipping, or invoicing.
• Manage customer scorecards and escalate concerns to appropriate department heads.
• Support Sales Account Managers on customer-related topics.
