Qualifications

• Technical background in mechanical and electrical systems (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service calls regarding equipment, problems, and part identification.
• Create quotes for manufactured and purchased parts and replacement assemblies.
• Proactively contact customers to check equipment status and validate needs.
• Sell and process parts orders, replacement assemblies, retrofit kits and service contracts.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure accurate lead times and pricing for quotes and orders.
