Job summary

Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) seeks a Technical Customer Operations Specialist in Ontario, CA to drive order accuracy and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage the full order lifecycle, coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance, and act as the main contact for customers to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in customer service or order processing, experience with CRM systems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, order processing, account coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce or equivalent systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted resource for customers by providing timely information on products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and professional communication.
• Resolve customer inquiries and coordinate solutions across internal teams.
• Manage the full order lifecycle from quotation to shipment and invoicing.
• Review, process, and maintain customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
• Monitor open orders, expedite requests when needed, and proactively communicate updates.
• Maintain customer records, opportunities, and sales activity within CRM systems.
• Prepare customer quotations and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
• Assist with account management activities and customer reporting requirements.
• Partner with warehouse, production planning, logistics, and finance teams to meet customer expectations.
• Support shipment scheduling, inventory availability reviews, and order prioritisation.
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and operating efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.
