Job summary

Absolute Workforce LLC in New York City is seeking a technically fluent Customer Success professional to own day-to-day relationships after deployment and serve as the primary contact for a growing book of accounts.

You will monitor usage, address issues, enable upsell, and collaborate with forward-deployed engineering to optimize AI agent performance, ensuring smooth handoffs and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in technical customer success or solutions engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with strong written and verbal communication.
• Commercial mindset with upsell/expansion experience within existing base.
• Comfort troubleshooting configurations and escalate to engineering with clear context.
• Based in New York City and able to work in-person.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day customer relationships post-implementation.
• Monitor usage, performance, and health signals to identify churn risk and intervene.
• Resolve technical inquiries and configuration questions with independence.
• Drive upsell and expansion opportunities by identifying new use cases and products.
• Support AI agent optimization through configuration adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Manage smooth handoffs from the forward-deployed engineering team, maintaining customer satisfaction.
