Responsabilités

• Opens and updates customer accounts by recording information.
• Provides technical data, responds to inquiries with quotations, and expedites orders as needed.
• Performs contract review and data entry of orders and changes.
• Resolves product problems by clarifying complaints and determining best solutions.
