Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries, provides quotes and takes orders by phone, fax, email or walk-in.
• Relates to technical customer support activities across multiple channels.
• Proactively promotes Motion’s products to current customers.
• Aim to meet customer requirements and drive sales while protecting gross profit.
• Maintain inventory levels and expedite orders as needed.
• Coordinate with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced staff.
