Job summary

Legrand’s Data Center Power and Control Division ZPE Systems is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager for a remote US role. You will own the technical success of enterprise customers across the full lifecycle, spanning selective pre-sales engagement and primary post-sales ownership to ensure value after deployment.

You will partner with Sales on complex opportunities, support RFIs/RFPs, lead onboarding and deployment, and drive adoption, reliability, and satisfaction, delivering training

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 3+ years in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, customer success, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

Own post-sale technical onboarding, deployment, and enablement.
Lead complex Out-of-Band infrastructure deployments end to end.
Act as the long-term technical advisor driving adoption, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Deliver training and professional services directly or via partners.
