Job summary
RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Technical Consultant to work directly with clients, installing approved hardware and software, and ensuring data readiness for project completion. You will handle data conversions, label design, and on-site testing with the help of the project team.
The role requires strong Windows/Linux knowledge, data migration experience, and travel up to 10% to support client installs and go-lives.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a technical consultant or POS/hardware support role.
- Experience with Outcomes product and hardware is preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Domestic/international travel up to 10% may be required.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure client hardware and software.
- Perform OS updates, data migrations, conversions, and network configurations.
- Assist on-site trainers during go-live and testing.
- Document configurations in Zendesk and coordinate with PMs and data teams.
- Troubleshoot system and network issues during setup.
- Procure label samples and design client labels to specifications.
- Support data conversion tasks and ensure data accuracy.
