Job summary

Scotch is seeking a hands-on POS Installation Technician to deploy and configure POS systems across the continental United States. This field-based role requires extensive travel, with you on the road installing, testing, and handing off complete POS environments.

The ideal candidate enjoys variety, has hardware setup and cabling skills, and works well independently under deadlines. If you like visiting new cities weekly and ensuring everything is live, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 1+ years installing, deploying, or supporting POS systems or similar field tech solutions.
• Onsite hardware installations, device configuration, cabling, testing, and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Travel to continental US stores to install, configure, and commission POS hardware/software.
• Set up Scotch POS terminals, cash drawers, printers, scanners, readers, and displays.
• Run cabling and coordinate with on-site networking/electrical for connectivity.
• Test end-to-end, troubleshoot on-site, confirm full functionality before sign-off.
