Brady Corporation is seeking a Technical Client Manager to serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and Brady's Product Solutions and Services teams in Charlotte, NC. You will translate client needs into tailored technical solutions and coordinate with engineering, sales, and service to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will drive client satisfaction by providing expert guidance and managing expectations, while collaborating with internal teams to support growth and operational

Qualifications

• Must have over 2 years experience managing technical client relationships and delivering client-focused technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) such as SOTI, 42Gears, InTune, or OpIntel.
• Over 2 years with knowledge of technical software products and translating complex concepts for clients.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to coordinate solution delivery and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with Salesforce for tracking client interactions and project progress.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into actionable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and service to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and address client issues promptly.
• Manage client relationships by providing ongoing technical support, conducting regular reviews, and identifying opportunities for solution enhancements.
